We have completed the last series on Art of Neighboring. By popular demand, we are moving into Traveling Lightly by Max Lucado. By now, you probably have emptied all your closets and maybe even the garage. Well, Max encourages us to do the same with parts of our life that weigh us down. He uses the lesson of Psalm 23 to guide the lesson. Each episode is beautifully produced, the narrative and message uplifting yet compelling, and offers real people to talk about their real situations. There are many lessons to choose from and in the end, we will choose the ones that appeal to us the most.
So, please, please put this on your calendar and click the ZOOM meeting at the bottom to join us!
Traveling Lightly by Max Lucado
We all lug loads we were never intended to carry. Fear. Worry. Discontent. No wonder we get so weary. We’re worn out from carrying that excess baggage. Wouldn’t it be nice to lose some of those bags?
That’s the invitation of Max Lucado. Using Psalm 23 as our guide, Max Lucado walks us through a helpful inventory of our burdens. May God use this Psalm to remind you to release the burdens you were never meant to bear.
